Cocktail bar veterans Darryl Schoenborn and Arthur Houle exchange war stories for the benefit of a student. ["So then the customer asks, 'Hey, do you know Debussy's Clear the Saloon'? I figure he wants the tacky, pop tune version of it, so I respond: 'No, but I can play another tune that has a lot of the very same notes in it!'"]
